The piece opens with the ‘desire’ theme, the middle section is prayerfully and almost silently with Move, Holy Spirit! Move in my life! (S.A.S.B. 325) quietly referenced in the closing moments of this section. The piece closes with a united proclamation of this powerful chorus, ‘Lord, I give you my heart, I give you my soul; I live for you alone’ (S.A.S.B. 397).
