All of the winning performances from the finals of The National Brass Band Championships of Great Britain 2012 are included on this album.
During the interval between the end of the Championship Section contest and the announcement of the results, the audience at the Royal Albert Hall was entertained by a pre-results concert given by Grimethorpe Colliery Reunion Band, highlights of which are interspersed on this disc with the test-piece performances.
